The Founder
Hey! I'm Davina Elim. I'm a solopreneur who created Total Management Solutions, LLC in 2018. The vision came due to my desire to truly have work/life balance and create and define what a safe work space looked liked to me. Now that I am also a wife and mother, solo-preneurship affords me the necessary flexibility and autonomy within my career.
Prior to this I had over 10 years of experience in Corporate America supporting for-profit organizations with their short and long-term goals in the 5 stages of the employee life-cycle: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Exit or Separation.
I also have a passion for diversity and obtained my Certified Diversity Recruiter and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace certifications.
